Sardinia
For many people Sardinia is still an unknown island in the Mediterranean Sea. We have been living on this beautiful island since early 2005. Mountains, untouched wildlife, empty beaches, scarcely populated, beautiful towns and villages, a fantastic subtropical climate, impressive folklore and ancient history make it a special destination.

Sardinian delicacies
The Sardinians, just like the Italians on the continent, value good food. Unfortunately very few Sardinian products can be found abroad. Sardinia produces many excellent products such as wine (e.g. Canonau and Argiolas), cheese (e.g. Pecorino Sardo), honey (e.g. eucalyptus) and lots of high quality olive oil.

Because we also like good food and because we would like other people to know what Sardinia has to offer, we decided to export some of these products. So far we are only able to export to Belgium and The Netherlands, but hopefully we will be able to expand to other regions in the future.

Casa Ozzastru
Located in the charming village Cuglieri, our house is an oasis of peace and quite. With a 360° view from the roof terrace of the sea and the mountains, and only a 15 minutes drive from the beaches, Casa Ozzastru is the perfect location to get to know the authentic Sardinia with its habits, people and local products. Hiking, water sports and relaxing in a beautiful area surrounded by nature are all part of the Sardinia experience.

You can also opt for a tastefully decorated holiday house fitted with all modern conveniences.

Enjoy the Sardinian cuisine
During your stay at Casa Ozzastru you can enjoy an original evening diner, prepared by Carine.
Besides having a natural talent for cooking, Carine has a lot of international cooking experience and enjoys preparing dishes and finding recipes from both Sardinian as well as international origins. In her dishes she uses a lot of local products and methods.

Indulge yourself in a candle-lit evening on our roof terrace, while enjoying an original and tasty meal.
